Breck Seiniger, considered to be one of Idaho’s top trial lawyers was admited to the Idaho bar in 1979, District of Columbia bar in 1985 (inactive), Oregon bar (2003 (inactive) and has had court admissions to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
A candidate in the 2014 race for the Idaho Supreme Court, Seiniger fought hard to bring to light some of the changes he thought necessary to protect the rights of the citizens of Idaho. He has received the Idaho State Bar “Outstanding Service” award in 1996, been given the highest AV rating (5 out of 5) by Martindale-Hubbell, been named in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers in 2011-2013 and received the Best Lawyers in America award annually since 2007.
Breck began his practice of law in Idaho in the late 1970’s. He is an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a member of the bar in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Breck has focused his practice of law on severe injuries while also representing clients with personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment claims. He is also known for his special interest in the area of courtroom technology and law office technology.

JULIE MARSH SEINIGER was one of the first female attorneys in the legal department of what was then the Boise Cascade Corp. She graduated from Purdue University (B.S., with honors) and from law school at George Washington University (J.D.) in the early 1980’s. She is a Phi Beta Kappa and is admitted to the Bar in Washington, D.C., Idaho, and Indiana.

(Attorney) Cheyenne House joined Seiniger Law as an associate attorney in 2014. Ms. House’s legal practice focuses on personal injury, employment law, and workers’ compensation. Ms. House clerked for the Hon. Judge Jason Scott in Ada County and the Hon. Judge Robert Elgee in Blaine County prior to joining Seiniger Law. (Paralegal) Eileen Johnson is an associate attorney. A recent graduate of Concordia University School of Law (2016 Inaugural Class), she handles personal injury law cases. Eileen also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration.

(Supervising Paralegal) has been with Seiniger Law for many years. He works in the fields of personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment law, and general litigation. He has also been certified as an Idaho Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the Idaho Industrial Commission after specialized training. In addition, Cade serves as our Spanish-language interpreter and translator. He earned a master’s degree in Social Work at Boise State University.

(Office Manager) runs the day-to-day administrative operations at Seiniger Law. Harmony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Boise State University and an Associate of Science degree in Enology & Viticulture from Walla Walla Community College.
