Breck Seiniger is the senior attorney at Seiniger Law. He began his practice in Idaho in the late 1970’s. He is an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a member of the bar in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
Breck has focused his practice of law on personal injury with specific expertise in severe injuries with major trauma and cases that have complex medical issues. In addition, he is an outspoken advocate on civil rights issues including employment discrimination, and sexual harassment. He is known for his special interest in the area of courtroom technology and has been a thought-leader in this area for many years.

JULIE MARSH SEINIGER works diligently to create a “client-focused” culture at Seiniger Law. Julie recognizes how difficult it is for clients to go through many of the processes involved in legal cases and is dedicated to administering the activities of Seiniger Law’s staff so that clients are supported every step of the way.

Cheyenne M House is one of Seiniger Law’s associate attorneys.
Cheyenne House joined Seiniger Law as an associate attorney in 2014. Ms. House’s legal practice focuses on personal injury, employment law, and workers’ compensation. Ms. House clerked for the Hon. Judge Jason Scott in Ada County and the Hon. Judge Robert Elgee in Blaine County prior to joining Seiniger Law.
While at law school, Ms. House played an active role in multiple student organizations, was an editor for the crit, a critical studies journal, and studied Human Rights Law abroad in the Netherlands.

Eileen Johnson is one of Seiniger Law’s associate attorneys. A recent graduate of Concordia University School of Law (2016 Inaugural Class), she handles personal injury law cases. Eileen also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration.
