WM. BRECK SEINIGER, JR. began his practice of law in Idaho in the late 1970's. He is an honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a member of the bar in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Seiniger has focused his practice of law on personal injury, workers' compensation, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment. His trial practice includes numerous jury and bench trials. Mr. Seiniger has been recognized by his fellow lawyers for some of the most prestigous honors in the legal field:
Mr. Seiniger has received the Idaho State Bar's award for outstanding service to the profession. He has served as Chairman of the Idaho State Bar's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section, and was a member of the Brain Injury Association board and the Lawyer’s Assistance Program, among other professional boards and organizations. Mr. Seiniger is a former congressional speechwriter (for the late Silvio Conte of Massachusetts), teacher, and volunteer programs coordinator for the Latah County Department of Juvenile Probation. He is the author of numerous articles published in the Idaho State Bar's Advocate magazine and other professional publications. He has been a lecturer on numerous areas of the law in a variety of programs and Continuing Legal Education seminars put on for attorneys, insurance industry executives, and others. He is also known for his special interest in the area of courtroom technology and law office technology. On a personal note, Mr. Seiniger is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys kayaking, skiing and traversing Idaho’s scenic mountains. He has kayaked and rafted in Canada, Mexico and Chile, where he also went horseback riding and hiking through the rural mountains of Patagonia. Mr. Seiniger has been married to his law partner at Seiniger Law Offices, P.A., Julie M. Seiniger, for many years and is a devoted father of four.
